In August 2020, CM &Co’s Christine Mwaura and Carol Masila hosted a webinar with Mwanzo App on the legal challenges faced by Kenyan-owned tech start-ups. The discussion was centred on the main challenges that Kenyans face in tech entrepreneurship, being: (a) legal and regulatory hurdles; (b) intellectual property (IP) protection; and (c) taxes.
